My company is a startup currently in the planning/programming stage of creating a highschool-exclusive social networking website for students.

We're in need of a skilled CSS/XHTML designer with good design sense. The layout must be inviting yet easy on the eyes and user-friendly at same time with a preferable blue/white colour scheme.
