No, seriously, it's a solid design. The only thing I'm not terribly fond of is the staggering of the images. Good work. -
Constructive criticism is of the best sort.
In my opinion:
The spiked bullets are too harsh. Go with something more representative of an unordered list.
As for the navigation bar, try a more subtle gradient. While constrast seems to be better for text + graphics, for better navigability try to have less variance in color.
Also, it wouldn't hurt to integrate your logo into the design.
