If this question has already been raised, sorry. But here it is anyway.

At http://www.oto-studio.com/p/index2.htm I have a template and the menus at the left have this special effect similar to rollover. When you hover a link, the image changes near it, while the image itself is not a link. The problem appears only in IE (as usual). There is a half-second delay; the images don't change when required. I have tried several scripts publicly available on the web (not very good in JS myself to white my own), but it all was in vain. Could you help me out guys.

I know this is possible, because I know several sites that have this swapping with no delay. I tried to view their scripts, but they were so huge that I dropped it.
