Does anyone know of a site that offers "wallpaper/damask" style backgrounds similar to the ones used in the following sites?
http://www.momono.nl/ (the middle graphic) and http://www.timestius.com/ (green bg).

Free would be advantageous but am prepared to pay.

I think you'll want to check out the inspiration gallery...but it looks like their bandwidth is exceeded. You'll find what you're looking for there.

    Here is one I use.
    http://repeatpatterns.com/
They seem to deal more with decorative patterns like the one you are looking for. You can buy them out right too as exxclusive like at a pattern source expo, but in this case they are production ready....you don't have to re-draw them in photoshop or illustrator...bonus. They also have royalty free patterns. All patterns and you don't have to look through a tone of photos first to find them.

Check out k10k.net. Look in their pixel pattern area toward the top. You'll find the exact pattern you're looking for toward the end of the list.

They have a great selection of vector and raster-based backgrounds, and I've seen damask before.
Try searching 'backgrounds' and select 'Illustrations'. Good luck!
