I am a beginner in multilanguage CMS.

I am presently using Tinymce Editor. But my problem is i need to provide support for multilanguage using same editor. That means the values populating to database are using a single editor but it should support multiple languages. For example, if i need to input some values which is in Chinese language then i can select the language from editor and type the content which will be shown in chinese language. I don't need an editor which translates english to chinese. I need an editor which can display chinese lanuguage and we can modify the content in the same language.

Is there any new editor or technology which supports multi language?

If i got an editor like that then is it possible to display the contents the language we selected. I had gone through some unicode supporting browsers that is actually convertng the languages and displaying based on the encoding we selected from the menu.

My real problem is , i need to setup a single website in multi language. The website is complettly CMS based one. The client will add contents in their own language. I need to display it in different language. How is it possible?

    Thanks in advance

    Arun

I don't know what kind of budget or scale you're working to but a big enterprise content management system like RedDot (http://www.reddot.com) can handle multiple language variants. Not seen if it will handle different character sets but I can't see why not. If RedDot doesn't, there's bound to be a competitor that does.
