We are a UK (Newcastle-based) web design/software company looking for freelancers who can work on projects with us. We run some of our own sites/projects as well as client work. Ideally we're looking for the following skills (not necessarily just in one person):

1. Someone with very good brand identity skills and good design skills

2. Someone with good css design skills

Ideally we'd like to work with someone locally, but we have worked with people from around the world for 6 years (indeed most of our programmers are in Russia) so we're flexible enough to work with anyone if the skills (and attitude!) are right.
