hello, i have this page, which i have optimized for several key phrases including russian words, but most keyphrases include "cdma". The website is very young, and majority of pages are already in google. however, not this particular page. The question is, did i overoptimize it for the "cdma" query, or is it google's quarantene? any ideas?

Google used to recommend not to use query strings in URLs because they had trouble indexing those pages (it would only index some query string URLs for each domain). However, they recently removed that recommendation from their webmaster guidelines, so you may see that page showing up in their index in the near future.

yes, JohnRiv, thank you. that is useful information. however, i was not questioning whether google would include the page given then dynamic straucture.. what i wanted to ask help with was, can it be that google removed that very page from the index, because of keyword spam? the percentage of CDMA is just fine, as a powerful dutch keyword density tool suggests. however, the absolute quantity of times CDMA is mentioned is really huge, so i'm now nervious about it...

btw: I was once removed from google index for black seo practice.. when i corrected everything and wrote them a letter, they have included me again.. no idea whether they manually reviewed the site or the robot did it, but the next day i was back in..

so im now stuck in this dillemma: to reoptimize or to simply wait... what would you suggest?

    thanks

I took a look at your page again, and I don't think you've overoptimized the page for "cdma". I've worked on pages with much larger percentages of a keyword being repeated and those pages are in google's index.

The best way to determine if you are in fact blocked by google is to register for their webmaster tools, add your site URL, and verify site ownership. The Summary page of the Diagnostic tab provides information about the indexing of your site. If you don't see a message that your site is currently not indexed due to violations to the webmaster guidelines, then you're fine and it should appear eventually.

I'll email you privately for your other questions.
