CSS & HTML: HTML email newsletter tool with templating that allows client to edit content?

I know about the likes of http://mailchimp.com/ and http://www.campaignmonitor.com/, but what if the client would like to create the enewsletter themselves?
Actually I've just found http://www.mailbuild.com/ which lets the client do this, has anyone tried this? Interested to hear how easy it was to use?

I have been banned cause I'm an idiotHey there are too many enewsletter designer apps.You can even provide them a newsletter cms,which can send emails to all news letter registered users.
