    Hello,

I am not sure if there is a way around it, but it looks like IE7 required any flash interface to be "activated" through a click, otherwise displaying a fuzzy outline to show that it requires you to click on. I understand this is a "Security Feature" (we know what features usually mean in MS talk...) but i was wondering if there is a way to avoid it, as my site was going to use a flash interface...

    Any hints would be appreciated!

    Hi!

I don't think you can avoid it.
IE detect flash as activex and it's exactly how it behaves when it's detecting any ActiveX.
It was introduced no so long ago by Microsoft I think because of the law suite somebody filed on them.

    Best, DS
