    I want to use SurveyMonkey or similar to questions some users about an existing website... with a view to redesigning the site...

    So, what questions should I ask them?

    I'm thinking...

    Describe the site in 3 words:
    What do you like about the site?
    What don't you like about the site?
    Which are of the site to you use the most?
    If you could add any one feature to the site, what would it be?

    Here are some off the top of my head...

    Use some adjectives to describe the website.
    Describe the purpose of this website.
    What do you use this website for?
    Do you find this website valuable?
    How could the website (or preferably a specific feature of the site) be improved to make it easier to use?
    How often do you visit this website? What would make you want to visit the website more often?
