    Hello
    i´m new here. Please, if anyone can teach me how to do this:

    i need to make a site wiht paintings and, every time you roll over each tumbnail, a little note appear whit the description on it. i think is java script, but i´m not sure.
    Please excuse my poor english.

    Looks like that site uses Javascript, however you could achieve something similar using just CSS.
