Anything Goes: Emails from a domain blacklisted by AOL?

    I know someone who can't send any emails from their domain to AOL...

    Any tips on a) finding out if they've been blacklisted b) if so, how to resolve this?

    They've already contacted AOL who have not been helpful it seems... I've used some online blacklist lookup sites but haven't found much of note...

    The only way to find out it's to read email logs from a server.
    Do you have access to the logs?
