    Hi!
We just lunched new website and I'm trying to bring more qualified traffic to it.
I did basic Free submissions to the main search engines.
Pay per click is too spendy to use.
    Is the any other alternatives?

You should know at least that it takes about 3-4 months before you reach a reasonable level in the google indexes.

What kind of website is it? How do you define "qualified traffic"? We're going to need a bit more information before we can help you.

    It's a hosting company.
We have a different local company that we have which doing pretty good.
New company is targeting national wide audience.
Usually I don’t do the website marketing but right now I have more free time on my hands.
I got website listed in major search engines but that pretty much it.
By qualified traffic I mean leads that potentially help to bring new customers.

Social marketing is a good way to bring traffic to your site. Try and get a page on a site like Facebook because they have the most users; Google also counts the likes on your page towards your page ranking too.
