Browser Specific Problems: 'Jumping bean' footer in IE6

    Site in question (temporary location, until I get the bugs worked out):
    http://www.kelsocover.com/kcc-new/

    In IE6, when mousing over a link contained in the footer, the footer jumps up towards the top of the page. It does this on every page except the Special (http://www.kelsocover.com/kcc-new/special.php), which is also the only page that does NOT include h2#categorytitle-sidebar or ul#categorytitle-list.

    That's as close as I've gotten to having a clue about what's going on. Though I've been working with CSS for some time now, this is my first with absolute positioning.

    Any help is greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks!
