I'd just say that the 8px pixel fonts you are using for the body copy are killing it. As for fonts to use, I'd stick with stuff people are going to have Verdana at 10px would look find there, IMO.
Also, you'll want to remember that you should use fonts people don't have, because they won't show up. If you want to, you'll need to use something like sIFR, but you should use it for anything other than titles and such. And imbedding it all in an image is a big no no.

The only other thing I see is that the tabs at the bottom of your page will NEVER get seen. I bet your "about us" will get clicked on 5/100 clicks.

yeah the fonts used for latest news and what we do...well i am not so keen on them. i agree with moving the about us tabs up to the top next the home tabs. this is more standard practice for navigation. I think there are numerous issues as to why for accessibity and usability main navigation should be found in certain places only (especially for a corporate website). i like the font used in Altran solutions logo. Its uppercase, Sans serif, and not to "skinny" looking. how about woking with this font? otherwise i live to visit www.dafont.com to get my fonts!
