We're looking for a web developer to join a busy web team, responsible for development of front-end code and template processing on websites for clients like the BBC, Coca-Cola and Orange.

You'd be working closely with designers, software engineers and project managers to create first class websites and online applications.

Required:
1. Expert knowledge in the main client-side technologies (X)HTML, CSS and Javascript/DOM.
2. A deep understanding of web standards, semantic mark-up, cross-browser development and accessibilitity.
3. Strong experience of progressive enhancement techniques, and separation of the structure, presentation and behavior layers in your front-end code including unobtrusive use of JavaScript.
4. Also ESSENTIAL is a good understanding of XML/XSLT - core technologies used at Somethin' Else.

Desirable:
1. Revision control (eg. Subversion)
2. Flash/Action Script
3. Photoshop
