Browser Specific Problems: IE is terrorizing my drop-down menu

    This is my first attempt with a drop-down menu. I tried the "less javascript, more css" approach. However, it is completely on the fritz in IE. I tried adding padding at the top to keep the mouse from "falling in the cracks". This did not seem to do the trick.

    Help?!

    Also, I assigned a few z-indexes which saved the drop-down from the leftcontent and centercontent divs, but my right drop-down boxes are falling behind the rightcontent div. This is not a problem in Firefox on either PC or Linux.
