Hi!, I'm looking for a simple CMS where anyone can post their pictures, music, videos or anything. I would just be a form with name and email address and the link to the content (flick, youtube) and a box to write the post. Then, it is posted one on top of the other... just like a blog; but everyone is allowed (i can later edit/erase) to say what they want.
Apart from security/practicality issues... is it posible?

If you check out the archives, this question has been discussed quite a bit. The software which always rises to the top: Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal and Expression Engine. Some also recommend Expanse, Bricolage or Textpattern.
To compare and sample CMSs, try CMS Matrix or OpenSourceCMS. -

When you look around now, most cms's can do most things. In my opinion its best to find a CMS you like and can understand and stick with that, obviously if you haven't used any cms before you've got a choice to make. Taking your time and choosing the right CMS now will save you time and headaches in the future.

you can get small cms website from http://www.idragons.in/ at affordable prices.that would be easy.
