Hello

I m the one and only webmaster of www.yiec.org though my company named me so and i was forced to do. I did it with frontpage and *beep*ing frame really sucks.

first of all , if u press F11 while browsing my website , what will u see?
I really don't wanna be like that.
But i don't know how to fix.

second of all , I made vertical left menu. I would like to make branching menus with at least two steps. but *beep*ing frame prevent it.

How should i do to fix it in CSS?

I need to know when i click on branching menu, another page is not coming up.
I need to know how to show another page and how to set it up when i click on branching menu link.
