Hey guys, I've been a fan of this site for over a year, and have been lurking this forum for about that long as well. First off, thanks for being here. I think this is an excellent community.

Now to my question: Does anyone know of any good designers? I've got the XHTML and CSS down (thanks a lot to this community), but I am no designer by any stretch. I have a great appreciation for it, I just can't do it. I need a .psd of a layout for a company I'm starting.
