Hi, what kind of a forum is it where there's no mechanism to contact the moderator? The "Sticky, Closed" thread at the top of the main forum for HTML/CSS has the moderating user listed and his URLs, but there's no contact method.

I posted a simple thread requesting some CSS help for my site, which is working in all browsers, but is breaking in IE7. I also included the URL and was descriptive with my issue (that the centered layout is not working).

Has it been deleted? If so, why? Most other BBS tools such as PunBB which work much faster than Vanilla and also look uncluttered, will usually send out a small note to the poster if his thread is deleted. I didn't get any such courtesy, especially given that my thread was a simple question in the same vein as countless other posts on this forum. If the thread has been moved, well there's no way to see that either. So much for a good CSS website discussion forum.

It hasn't been deleted- it's still there, under "Browser Specific Problems"...

Thank you. Could you point me to it? A search for my user handle doesn't show any discussions, just says "2 discussions". A search for the URL of my website (sniptools.com) doesn't show anything either. I cannot find the "Browser Specific Problems" category under either Categories, or Discussions.

    Cheers.

If you click "Categories" in the top nav, Browser-Specific Problems is the first category listed, and yours is the first post listed.

There is also a big old "Contact" button at the top of the page.

Also, if you'll notice to the left under the "Discussion Filters" header, you can view your "Participated Discussions", your "Bookmarked Discussions", and "Your Discussions" (the threads you've started).

    Here's your thread: http://cssbeauty.com/skillshare/discussion/1998/css-problems-with-ie-7/
