I often put together sets of tabs in Firefox focused in particular topics.
Eg, Design to a grid, News headlines, Typography Resources
What about a site to upload and share sets of Firefox tabs?
It might look a little like http://kuler.adobe.com/, with the ability to rate sets, view the most popular, blah blah blah.
What do you think? Stupid idea? Does it exist already? -
digg, reddit, and the rest already rate urls, it seems like rating a group of urls just wouldn't really be worth it.

It would be more about sharing than rating I guess. Quite a specialised form of link sharing I admit :)
