Expert in web standards? Have a way of making a good design, great? If you have skills in standards-compliant XHTML/CSS, I have a freelance project for you.

I'm looking for one or more freelance Designers/Developers to build a small team to complete a project with multiple phases. If I can find a killer CSS/XHTML expert plus php/sql experience I'll be set but if not I'm looking to bring on a front-end designer plus a back-end developer for a freelance project.
