    Expert in web standards? Have a way of making a good design, great? If you have skills in standards-compliant XHTML/CSS, I have a project for you.

    I'm looking for one or more freelance Designers/Developers to build a small team to complete a project with multiple phases. If I can find a killer CSS/XHTML expert plus php/sql experience I'll be set but if not I'm looking to bring on a front-end designer plus a back-end developer for a freelance project.

    Technical/Functional Knowledge:
    -Standards-compliant XHTML + CSS skills
    -Strong creative eye to improve an already developed psd layout
    -AJAX/Web 2.0 experience a plus
    -PHP/SQL Experience a plus
    -Content Management Experience a plus
    -Ruby on Rails Experience? it just keeps getting better...
