    We're a small creative studio that specializes in design and communications for non-profit, arts, and other community organizations.

    We work with other small studios and freelancers on projects that require expertise outside our core skill set.

    Right now we're looking for a freelance/independent web developer to work with us Web projects as they come up, including a couple small sites this summer. We're looking for someone who:
    - knows how to translate our designs into standards-compliant XHTML/CSS websites
    - doesn't work for another studio/company, i.e., if you have another day job, we're not interested
    - experience with content management systems would be a plus
