Hi, i've just finished redesigning my personal website and i think it looks quite stylish. But i still want to improve it so that i can eventually get it submitted on the likes of this website. What do you guys think? Do you have any suggestions for me?! All comments welcome!

Consistency could help. There are 3 links and I feel like I am on three different sites.

I like the concept but it's missing something. Kind of agree with the comment above. Prefer the color scheme on the 'about me' page. And I would definitely lose the gap at the top of the page. Good luck :-)

The content being so far down on the page is really what is bugging me most I think. It seems to me like you had an interesting concept for the homepage and you forced the rest of the site/content to conform when the reality is that it can't within this design. The contact form opening int a new pop-up window is bothersome to me as well. I like the big picture idea, but over-all the interiors are lacking something that doesn't fit just right.
I will say ... i was surprised to see the current on state theme carried out in the contact form -- that was kind of cool once I noticed it.
