I have a client I am designing and developing a website for that just moved from Manhattan to Brooklyn and wants to promote that fact. One idea they had for that is to put a line of text on top of the website with current date, time and weather.

Date and time were easy enough, but i can't seem to find a service that will give me just a simple line of text, something like:
    BROOKLYN, NY: 86°F (31°C) Sunny

    Any ideas?

Personally I have liked the yahoo one. http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?p=85281

Same format each time, so easy to scrape and parse out what you need.
