is it an easy thing to do? and can you get all the results out of it , as you would just coding ?

You can't use Dreamweaver's WYSIWYG functionality ... not for HTML and not for CSS -- that is the simply answer to your question. I however code most of my sites (both the HTML and CSS) in dreamweaver but essentially use it as a text editor. I am just used to using dreamweaver and like the FTP management aspects.
