Hi all,
Has anyone ever had a problem with the FTP client and hosting company. Im asking because my files will not upload to my host site using Cyberduck. However I have tried using another FTP client and using the hosting company's own FTP. No joy.
I have several sites under one hosting plan and I cant FTP to any of them.
Since I have notified the hosting company my sites are completely gone!
The hosting company is now saying it an IP problem with the broadband company??
Anyone shed some light on this. -
That makes no sense to me... Hosting companies usually give you a unique IP where all your sites are hosted. Was that the case?

Yes it does.
Hosting company using somebody to connect to Internet for broadband link.
They buy IP addresses in pack from them so if there is a problem with a shared ip address you website at then your website is pretty much down.
Move you website to different host company it's simple is that.
