I don't know; you had me with the exclamation mark in the title -- but you're not following through with a good sell; sounds like a nightmare.

I feel like these are the understood realities of the position, maybe ones that are explicitly said during an interview if necessary. The fact that you felt it necessary to point these out early tells me that the distinction between "decision maker" and "decision implementor" is going to be gigantic. But it sounds like this is working with a lot of people who like to separate themselves from common folk by calling themselves "management" dictating sub-par ideas to someone who is evaluated by implementing out-of-the-box solutions.

However, If this is my boss and/or co-worker, then I am in:

You would be amazed at how many people do no follow directions, so spelling things out is important at times.

As far as the distinction of decision maker / decision implementer it is not gigantic at all. We are still a small company. This person would ultimately be responsible for generating ideas based on concepts for web properties and would be a part of the decision making process. Maybe a better way would have been to say, "We are looking for someone who can provide creative ideas, contribute to our overall goal and can work closely with our staff to ensure the product is top-notch."

Wow - that website scares the shit out of me. Nice use of frames - WTF?!

When brought to the site from a Google search the user is brought immediately to a "login" form that asks for a credit card number. Welcome to my site, give me your account info suckers!

Not only that - there is absolutely ZERO information on the site about the so-called company. The exact same copy appears on the "Solutions", "Company" and "Contact" pages:
Note: Normal email response times are 24 to 48 hours. If you have lost your username or password, your username and password are not working, or you would like to cancel your membership, please use MY ACCOUNT LOGIN to immediately access your information online.

That being said - Mr. Stock Photo Headset Boy is certainly a handsome bastard.

Am I retarded or does this not make any sense at all?
If you have lost your username or password, your username and password are not working, or you would like to cancel your membership, please use MY ACCOUNT LOGIN to immediately access your information online.
If I don't have my username or password, how is accessing my information online at the MY ACCOUNT LOGIN going to work? I have to login to get the information that helps me login? WTF

OH and I like these two little excerpts from their terms/conditions -- what the hell sort of shit is going on here:
This website may contain adult sexually-oriented material that is intended solely for responsible, consenting adults who are fully aware of the nature of the content they are accessing.
All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

I'd have to guess that this is the porn industry taking over some of the intranet business.
