    I'm looking to buy an already registered .com domain with zero inbound links and an average of 200 visits / month
    The domain currently belongs to a domainer and I'd like to buy it from him.

    Does anyone have experience with buying domains this way? Based on the above stats, can you give me an estimate of what I should propose as a starting price?

    I'd be willing to use a domain brokerage service to ensure my success but I don't have any experience with this either.
    Can anyone share some opinions?
