I work at a leading interactive design and marketing agency and I've been searching for a front-end developer that would be working on a project for a client.

The ideal candidate would:
-Be extremely talented with CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Flash
-Possess a strong command of web standards, cross-browser compatibility and various web-related optimization techniques
-Anything beyond this is definitely a big plus
-This project would be approximately 4 weeks in length and is a freelance position

One detail that I need to address is that you must be able to commute to our office in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, so the Tri-State Region is preferable.
