I am working on a new theme for my Word Press blog. With the way it stands at the moment, it ooks pretty good in FF, but in IE6 and IE7, there's apparently a bug that causes some ugly banding.

Can anyone help ID the problem and assist with a work-around?
What I am seeing is an extra div-like shadow between the second and third post. It seems to be caused by some of the styles applied to the "subcontent" div, defined in the colors stylesheet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I previously reported that the problem occurs in IE6 and IE7. I installed IE7 Beta 2 and am not seeing the problem. That's promising, but I still need to fix it, because it will be a long while before even my limited audience for a family blog can be persuaded to use either FireFox or IE7.

Your audience may not have much of a choice whether or not they use IE7. It is very likely that most Windows XP users who have Windows Update activated (the default) will have the new browser installed as an automatic update.
