    The Design Factory is a small Design & Web agency based in London. We are looking for an individual to work for us on a full time basis from their own location on a variety of creative and interesting new and current projects.

    You must be an excellent designer and inspired by the trends in user interface designs including web 2.0 styles, have pixel perfect immaculate photoshop skills and can build your sites using XHTML/CSS.

    You will work ideally Mon-Fri GMT 10am - 6pm but we can accommodate about 2 hour difference in time zones. You will be a dedicated resource to us so you cannot promote yourself as a freelancer and take on other projects during our time,

    This is something that always intrigues me, adjustafresh. Why do so many insist on posting their response in the thread, rather than simply contacting the person concerned... I mean, theoretically, a thread like this should not need any further posts.

    However, it occured to me- it is an indirect way of promoting each of the people who respond like they do here- a form of free advertising for them.

    Ah well, each to their own, I guess...
