Our company is getting ready to do a full blown re-skin of our site, and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried using this

In theory it should be very plug-in-code but when I past the external script into the head of a test document it doesn't really solve the problems that it said its fixing. It is though being recognized by IE and ignored by Firefox, Opera, and Safari (WIN). If anyone has suggestions to get this to work I believe it would help greatly speed up the process of front-end development work.
