Does anyone know of any websites where I, as a site designer, can upload a psd, and another designer will tweak it for me/make it better? -

Heh, ljromanoff...If she didn't mean "free," why would she ask? There's plenty of people who will help her out for $$$...They're called professional freelance web developers, and there's hundreds on this site alone.

I'm actually in the process of finishing up exactly such a website you speak of. Unfortunately it's in Dutch, but if there's enough people that request such a site I can put it up in English too. (It's basically just an adjustment to the language files). Lemme know what you (and maybe others) think.
