Hello :-)
We are a small college in Switzerland and currently looking for a css designer to design 2 templates for our website. The site is entirely dynamic in PHP and as such two templates will be sufficient.
If you are interested please email me your details and some of your CSS design portfolio. The templates should be done entirely in CSS.
