We're a professional services firm that deal with a niche segment of enterprise software. We're a boutique - few very experienced people, all with a lot of experience in different fields, advanced degrees and all that. We know our stuff real well and, if called upon, we could explain the most obscure details of a standard, even a standard such as CSS even though CSS is far removed from our daily tasks. The challenge is simple yet complex at the same time - we need a Web site that is a starter yet unique and conveys our personality to the outside world. If you think 'simple yet unique' means grabbing a template off template-designs or some such place and changing the color, that's not us. We're after a freelancer with a clue and a portfolio to back it up. Naturally, if you've done work for enterprise-related professional services firms, this would be a Good Thing (tm). For those of you thinking that this is a small job, you would be right - it is a small job but this is only a beginning. If this proves to be a success, we'll turn to you for a lot more. Oh and we pay well, even if it's a small job, if you have the right stuff.
