    Hi,

    I'm brand new here. I came to see if anyone can help me straighten out my code. I apologise if I put this in the wrong area. I just messed up my site. My site is here startupphase.com
    Take a look and see how it's all out of alignment.

    Sally - there are larger issues here than some CSS bugs. Tables as layout, deprecated attributes (bgcolor, align), meaningless class names, the 86 validation issues that exist on your homepage. I'd suggest starting over from scratch.

    Although I agree with adjustafresh's comments, which parts of the page in particular aren't displaying correctly? Knowing exactly what needs to be fixed might make it a bit easier to debug the page.

    I agree with the above statement that you need to start over. I know you didn't come her for design advice so much as CSS advice but I would also strongly encourage you to do a little bit of rethinking about your presentation as well as your code work. You are catering to small businesses and advertising yourself as a resource to help small businesses be successful but the design of your site isn't saying that. Due to the service you are offering you are going to automatically be held to a higher standard as far as your branding is concerned. If your site doesn't look like you are a success and have a large budget site people are going to shy away from you and you will lose potential customers. I equate it to the person presenting themselves as a "Life Coach" who is separated from their spouse. I am not trying to sound harsh, I am just trying to give you a small nugget of free advise, the site looks like a "site in a can" template that can be purchased for $200 rather then marketing materials that were designed specifically for your business and effectively communicate the product, service and knowledge that people will potentially be hiring you to perform.
