Hi to everyone that is taking the time to read this, I am fairly new to this whole evolution of web 2.0, I need help in knowing what web 2.0 is, how to develop for web 2.0 how to design for web 2.0. I want to learn and know how to turn the free download of WordPress and turn it into something amazing like the links below. Does someone know how to make a smarter research so that I can get better at designing for Web 2.0. Is there a special software that I should use to accomplish this? What are some pointers that someone can give me, I would like to see or can someone explain the process from the design phase, to the time where you upload it (and how to upload it) to the server and testing it, and then what to do once the site is up? I would like to know what happens or what do people usually do after they hand the site to the customer is the designer still involved and if so how. The reason I ask is because from the little I know web 2.0 is a CMS. So how can I handle this. Thank You guys in advance.

All I got for you is something I wrote back in '06, "2.0 redefined with one word — responsibility"

The term “Web 2.0” has been overused and has unfortunately oversaturated conversations to the point of being synonymous with industry ignorance. Like many leaders and followers of innovation – we role our eyes at the mere mention of the idea of the existence of such a term. Whether you like the term or not is a matter of semantics – the reality is that we’ve truly embarked upon a time of standards and sophistication that demand an evolutionary identifying mark. We have entered a moment that now more than ever before demands responsible design/development.

George, you've spammed this forum with the same question--posted repeatedly (I deleted one duplicate post yesterday). Web 2.0, in addition to being a cliche, is also about being a good online citizen. The members of this forum are not here to teach you, step-by-step, the basics of web design and development. Most of the members here are very charitable, and happy to help with specific coding and design-related problems, but these vague, obtuse, and frankly ignorant questions are not conducive to productive conversation.
