    I’m looking for a photo uploader for our site. I need it to be a part of a form and be able to select multiple files in a single browse box. Also, it has to tie file names and form data to the same ID in a MYSQL table when submited?

    Does anyone know of a photo uploader that could do this with a few modifications?
