    Hello,

    Is there any way to specify title to any element using CSS?

    Could you be a little bit more specific? Are you referring to the title attribute, like in a href="google.com" title="go to google"?

    I found this css-onmouseover-tooltippopup
    when I was looking for the same last night.
    I tryed it and it runs very well. It's a hidden Span that becomes visible by a-hover instead of an title
