I provide slicing service. I will turn mockup such as photoshop/illustrator/png file you give me into web page by using XHTML(1.0 Strict) and CSS skill.

You can decide whether CSS files pass the validation of W3C or not. If you do not care about the validation, I will use the browser-specific CSS code such as "filter" of IE and "-moz" of Firefox to achieve cross-browser displaying. If you care about the validation, I will use W3C-valid CSS code, but the overall CSS files size may become larger. Validation of W3C or not does not effect the displaying and function of web page. You can also choose to read IE specific CSS code via conditional comment, this is a common way used by many CSS coder.
