i need direction on where I can learn how to create articles (or blogs ) for the web. I need users to be able to post articles and allow users to post responces.
some examples:

So you need a content management system?
Veerle uses ExpressionEngine, Meyerweb seems to run on WordPress and ALA has a custom built Ruby on Rails platform. -
