    Does anyone know anywhere to get a free alternative plugin for WordPress to display content that changes on clicking of other divs similar to the 'Thumbnails' section below the main content on this website (where it has the tabs Recent, Movies, Music etc.). Sorry for a bad explanation.

    Like this one: http://sorgalla.com/jcarousel/? I've used that with Wordpress, but not as a plugin. It's not hard to set up if you can read Javascript.
