Does anybody knows CMS that can manage multiple websites on the same server?
Something that not too complex and allows users to manage content.
Even better if it has build in Site Wizard setup so admin can add new website based on existing template/theme.

Thought I never used an Expression Engine before but tag syntax looks pretty easy.

Yeah, I haven't used Expression Engine before either, but I have heard some awesome things about it. I have been reading a lot of tutorials about it too.
Expression Engine 2.0 is supposedly around the corner, and it has a lot of major improvements. -
You can use Drupal to do that pretty easy.
