I've slowed it down so you can see it. When you click "Help?" in IE7, it slides up, it reaches the top and then displays the whole thing for a tenth of a second and then hides it again. It makes a jerky motion when sped up.

I could really use some help on this. There is a separate issue that happens on the page this goes on. When I surround "Help" with anchor tags instead of the paragraph tag, the whole containing div expands clear across the page and then shrinks back to the proper size when the text is displayed again.

Help on one or both of the above would be wonderful!
