Can anyone enlighten me on how to effectively incorporate the <h1> tag without blowing this gap in the page? I tried creating the h1 style without the background image, and setting a negative top margin (so that the actual text would be positioned well high and left of the of the visible page). This kept the table intact, but even with setting a negative top margin, the page displayed with a sizable POSITIVE top margin. I don't want ANY top margin, but I can't have the header gap either.
