    Hello !

I am relatively new to css. I was wondering if you could tell me how absolute positioning Works. When I view a web-page on a 17 inch monitor, the positioned elements appear as it should. But when I do the same in a 19inch screen all the "absolute positioned elements" are thrown out of place. And it looks awful. Help !

Absolutely positioned elements will be positioned relatively to the viewport unless one of its containing elements is positioned absolutely, relatively, or fixed.

Absolute Positioning is simply positions your block any areas of the page by defining its margin from all sides.

    Thanks
