CSS & HTML: Overriding inline styles

    I know the whole concept of CSS is that fact that they are cascading. But, is there anyway that you can override inline styles? I am using a plugin, which I cannot rewrite, that puts styles inline for sIFR titles. I heard about using !important, though I am not sure to what effect.

    As you can see, using important in a CSS declaration will effect anything, even inline styles.
